Julie M. Crossman of the San Francisco correspondence Co-op sends Witch Powder

This one comes from Julie M. Crossman of the San Francisco correspondence Co-op.  I have never heard of the San Francisco correspondence Co-op so I looked it up.  It seems to be a patch of 61 mail artist in the SF area.Yes, sorry, this was for Halloween, but I was away.  However I did use the powder as instructed.  To my delight,  I am now a frog.  Kiss Me Quick !Thank you Julie, I'll surely send something back to you and see if I can find a way for you to see this blog.

Now what could I come up with to match Witch Powder without an opposing thumb and fingers.
That's right, I bet you never thought of that Mail Art handicap.
