Incoming: Kerosene, Zack and Icaria

A new issue of Icaria arrived the other day. They'd sent it to my old address so it was delayed. The post office decided to add lots of bits to it:

I think they thought this was the return address...

Special stamp. The main bits I can make out say "Taipei" and "Tainan" (hand written)
