Incoming: Circulaire 132 No. 248

Selections from a new issue of the mail art assembling zine Circulaire 132 arrived in my mailbox today. Despite outgoing mail to Canada being suspended I was still able to receive mail from Canada. It appears that one of the submissions used charcoal and didn't fix it very well so it's smearing onto other pages.
