I recieved an envelope from Ruud Janssen

This was unexpected and appeared in the post yesterday, I was extremely tired and unable to gain access to my laptop.

I knew immediately the stamped image is self portrait and has such fine details. I haven't get much carved eraser stamps in my stash and trying to new German lino cutting tools- 1mm grooving and 3mm vein. It's almost impossible to be creative under tiredness, poor lighting and excessive noise.

In leaflet included it mentions about different generations of mailart I would say I fall under 6th because started around 2004/5 and didn't actually start blogging until 2008 when I had broadband. Even though we live in a digital age of where we are connection via internet and web world web I think snail mail postage will always to be there. I like making art to share with other people.
