i received Mail Art from Cesar Reglero

a call for submissions to a collaborative envelope project, some info on organizing gallery, and a photo/page torn from a calendar. i feel like i should know who that bearded gentleman is, but...? whoever he is, he seems pretty content (despite crossed arms).

i've never seen/heard of this dictionary; how about you? warrants further looking into. this lovely representation of mail art - which so satisfyingly captures its essence: handling with care - is echoed in the drawing on the back of the large envelope:
