GOTIJ Mail Art Monday with surprises from Mim and Jon and Niklas and Guido and Erni and Cristian!

Some Mondays are just super wonderful, they are Mail Art Mondays...

a time when my postgal finally decides to bring all the mail that accumulated the week before?

Well, here was that big yellow box from the Haptic Werewolf, Erni in Hamburg.

Full of surprises that I have blogged elsewhere and continues to make me smile!

And a Vispo chapter from Guido with an original art work! Wonderful art!

Special is this card from Mim, who is in Paris these weeks. It has an embroidery on display by our Little Prince, and it is a special embroidery from Poland...the land of my ancestors! It is also special as it is Mim's #800 card! Wow she is getting close to #1001! Go girl!

Jon foster sent this tape-transfer card, layered images and words combine to make a stunning art work!

An original etching by Cristian Sima in Romania, is a beautiful delightful linear piece. Elegant!

And our sleepy postman...so tired from delivering all our mail art is sleeping under a shade tree.

An amazing drawing by Niklas Reed on the envelope!

Then inside, we discover why our mail art is so delayed in being delivered...as three carriers are

out-to-sea with the post! Fabulous drawings!

Thank you all for making Monday a great Mail Art Day!

Now to enjoy all this art...and work on some mail art to reply!
