Amy Irwen (Rosemount MN) always sends awesome mail!

As a mixed media artist, Amy is one to reuse / repurpose materials. Both the addressed envelope (inside not shown) and the rubber stamped decorative envelope were made from security envelopes. It looks like the ATC was made from part of a tissue box and bits of scrappy paper.
