Well it is a good thing we got side tracked.  We found the Mummy and it is time to celebrate.

Oh Nancy, I wasn't really a loyal mummy chaperone.  I'll back track a few days to Pacific Grove and the police station:

After looking at a beautifu coast, I was in another world.  It seems that I had left my camera & Mummy on a park bench and drove off to visit Pebble Beach and the 17 mile drive.  

    Four hours later I wanted to take a picture of Mummy on the golf course but couldn't find her anywhere.  I back tracked our steps and found this note & Mummy on the park bench.

Isn't America Great!  I only wish the lady had left her name so we could all send her Mail Art.

The mummy saw quite a variety of american life. Even I haven't taken a train clear across the country to visit the stars. (Stopped short in Santa Fe, not a dull town either.) Fabulous photos, Dean! What a loyal mummy chaperone you turned out to be, which isn't surprising.
