The Elgin pics are from a booklet that was a "popup poetry" project funded by the city where people wrote poems about Elgin and they paired it up with photos people took of Elgin. I didn't enter as I really couldn't think of a poem to write. It would have been about Elgin trash and I doubted that was what they were looking for. Happy Travels!
