Here, belatedly, are some pics of the truly In Seine Banana Mail Dean sent me. These were tastefully packaged in battered celophane and staples. I'm afraid opening the mail pretty much destroyed the "envelope" but fortunately the contents were protected! Now I don't have to worry about my next Halloween costume, that is if I can just figure out a way to make this thing smell a little less awful! Dean, this thing is hilarious -- reminds me of the kind of junk they used to sell on the backs of comic books in the 50's -- fake poop and whoopie cushions!
The back of the Banana Glasses cardboard is nicely decorated with the classic Eiffel Tower, which looks kinda like a banana, if you let your eyes glaze over. They should make all the lights on it yellow on the next Banana Day. Dean, get on that, will you? And send videos.
There was also a whole bunch of nice stuff in the envelops that Dean sent because he says Europe is charging a set price for such a mailing and he wanted to get his money's worth!
Love you, Dean!
What do you think? Should I make this my new profile picture?

Great performance...and fantastic "profile " pic, too!
Very becoming of you. Your friends are going to see a different side of you they couldn't even imagine! ha ha This is Performance art at its best that's for sure. But improvements can always be made. Now where did I put that fake poop and whoopie cushion?
FinnBadger, please note the hand painted banana. This is what I was talking about. "Hand painted", well that's maybe an extreme. The paint came directly from the tube. I didn't want to dirty up any brushes.
Thanks for the wonderful blog, photos, but the most of all, for playing the Performance art game.
Haha, that is awesome, Toni! Performance art at its best.
