After recieving a beautiful postcard from Olena (see a previous blog post) I remembered that I had a gelli printing mat that I have hardly used in the few years I've owned it. So I dug it out along with my acrylic paints to run off a few simple textured prints onto some pages from a damaged book I have laying around for such art.

I'm a little out of practice and I also need to accumilate some more printing mask stencils and textures for varied prints, but Its fun to do.

I used the prints for postcard backgrounds and have created 2 out of 6 postcards so far.

I will need to go searching for some random addresses to send them to once they are completed.
