Could somebody please tell me what (if anything) this means?

This is from the introduction to the 'My Passport'  Mail Art call:

"Author’s note: “The present work is an exploration and development through analogue synthesizer of an imaginary whistle of compound sharpener and decomposed in the form of an oscillated frequency stream. Nothing and everything is real here ... “
Could somebody please tell me what (if anything) it means??
Thank you
Val

Thank you Alan:

My work explores the relationship between new class identities and urban spaces. With influences as diverse as Caravaggio and L Ron Hubbard, new insights are crafted from both constructed and discovered structures.

Ever since I was a student I have been fascinated by the traditional understanding of the universe. What starts out as triumph soon becomes corrupted into a hegemony of temptation, leaving only a sense of chaos and the unlikelihood of a new understanding.

As shifting phenomena become distorted through frantic and academic practice, the viewer is left with an epitaph for the limits of our culture.

I read statements like this all the time, on gallery's websites in particular.

That website is hysterical.  You hit the nail on the head.

Thank you Alan for sharing!
