Cavellini Celebration Mail-Art by Bruno Chiarlone (Cairo Montenotte, Italy)

Bruno - 11.13.2014 - 1

Mail-art by IUOMA member Bruno Chiarlone (Cairo Montenotte, Italy) including work by Jose Alcalde (Mexico)

November 13, 2014 - The Centennial Celebration of Cavellini has been a network highlight of 2014, and Bruno Chiarlone has certainly made tremendous contributions to the success. (Note the mail-art cow aka "Belgian mail-art bull" at the MOMA!)

I am thrilled to share, slightly belated, one of the wonderful updates Bruno has been faithfully sending. A bonus with this mailing is the beautiful asemic-street art -abstract expressionist work by Jose Alcalde. Here is some info on the reverse side:

Bruno Chiarlone also kindly included some material for further distribution:

Bruno Chiarlone’s envelopes are always fascinating:

As ever, deepest thanks to Bruno Chiarlone!

Speaking of MOMA, someone seems to have noted that I posted a link in the blog to MOMA that connects the six-legged Trash Cow aka Belgian Mail-Art Bull, Cavellini with commentary by Marc Bloch, Baroni etc. The original mail-art bull is in the MOMA.
