I found it in a poetry review titled, Invisible City, No. 23-25, March 1979, Red Hill Press, Fairfax, California. I'm going to send you a copy of the poem--I no longer have the original.

The calls are starting to flood in. Sing a song, go on a diatribe, but tell me about mail-art…anything about it. Your response doesn’t have to be in English.
