When I cannot look at your face
I look at your feet.
Your feet of arched bone,
your hard little feet.

Those are the words of Pablo Neruda. Nothing arched or hard here, only the sweetest feet ever, gently resting on a Byzantine floor, so light they could actually be floating. Just one look at this card and a sensation of peace and quiet will take hold of you, I promise. There is such a gentle and delicate beauty about it, strongly evocative poetry without any word being written down.

The association of image and stamps is working so well here, I had to create a new name for it :-))
This is amazing work, I'm so lucky it is mine, thank you Sloan...

[...] But I love your feet
only because they walked
upon the earth and upon
the wind and upon the waters,
until they found me.

Thanks Angie! I'm sometimes close to a nervous breakdown with this scanner, but I know I need it. It's a love hate relationship :-))

Thanks Katerina and Cheryl. I think the blue color was very carefully chosen, the contrast is very nice. As usual it doesn't come out nicely here. Do I hate my scanner? Oh yes I do!

Marie - beautiful choice of poetry :-) Unusual contrasting choice of color and form for De Villo (as far as I have seen) - but it works well - lucky you :-)
