Unmistakably the art of the talented Denise Woodward.  Her art embodies design precision, engineering and thoughtful planning - often creating elaborate one of a kind books.  I met her a few years ago in San Francisco over coffee.  She explained that she uses a laser die cutting attachment to her computer to create component pieces (the leaves popping up) of the "pop up" designs she creates.  Hers is truly amazing work!  Like a lot of mail artists, including myself, she prefers to make mail, rather than scanning and posting it online.
