i should point out,

it was this piece which made diane and me instant friends.

and although i love the art, it was actually the paper that made me contact her.

i had been looking for something to print my portion of the asemic book on -

and i really liked the paper. it showed detail well and i liked the feel of it.

it's nice and smooth, like a magazine. it's not fibrous at all.

but i never did find anything similar.

i ended up using single sided epson presentation paper -

not realizing that it was single sided and you had to order

"double sided" in ordfer to print on both sides. :-(

I love it Kat! will let you know when your chapters arrive. Picturing you like on Gilligan's island sending your art via floating bottles while sipping coconut milk. I realize you are in Greece, but sipping olive oil isn't really a good image

they are beautifgul though, kat -

and almost reminiscent of bruno cassaglia's works;

which i adore. i love his fusion of nature and digital!

they did that with my 3d stuff here too.

my last piece of china went out to Poison Label Productions.

after that they wouldn't take it anymore.

Your Asemic #1, by the way, Diane, is FANTASTIC! My #3 'tis but splash n' bits n' pieces.

Cannot send the olive leaves and olive pits in the mail. Sent a few (to you and Angie)

and the postal clerk said " NO more" ;-(

(Where is that Greek Democracy when ya need it?)

yes, and seaside tranquility where Kat is making books out of olive branches, sand, and stray cat fur.
