Artist in Seine.05.14.16

InSane is traveling again...this post card collage was mail inside the USA. I think this maybe something that Dean is working with the government; under the guise of selling "Pop-Pan" crackers. How else could these photos be smuggled out of France. The Albareh Art Gallery is known for its highly celebrated artist who hides messages in his artwork. These codes are hidden in plain site. That is InSanes mission; to decipher the code and expose the Artist and the Gallery as Terrorists....(this is where the music crescendos dark and ominous)
