Amy Irwen : Chainlinked and totally together

A wonderful piece where Amy broke down a  larger handpainted collage to made this one. The sewing puts it all totally together.And it arrived in this funky envelope made from an old calendar of guitars.  How many people have calendars of guitars?

Well just for you information, this one is a Stratocaster which is one of 100 that were handpainted by Pamelina H.

     Also Elvis Presley and David Bowie were both born on the 8th of January, and on the 14th of January, Amy had to go to the "groomer".

   All of this information can be found on the inside of the envelope.  You didn't really think I knew it myself?

I have a Strat, a 40th year Anniversary Strat.

It's a black one. I was torn between buting a 'Blackie' like Eric Clapton's, a red one like Hank Marvin, or a sunburst one like Buddy Holly.

Eric won.

The guitars are one decorating item we both agree on.. Geo was part of a HS boy band, and they were all the rage! Ahhh, those glory days! He is so cute <3

Haha...groomer....good thing my life is pretty boring! My hubby is a guitar collector so he "allowed" me to use one if his calendars one year..pretty much had to "snatch and grab" saying over my shoulder "you can do without one!" I was getting the evil eye from across the room ;)
50/50 in a marriage right!!!??? Hahaha *!*
