World Post Day is celebrated on October 9th.  It marks the anniversary of the Universal Post Union in 1874. Since it is a Friday this year, so do we have a large drunken revelry and pour champagne over out postal carriers? THrow stamps in the air to predict the future?  Burn candles in front of the post box? Leave votive candies and nuts.  There was no information on how to properly celebrate.  And, since it's universal, how do we contact the other beings in the universe?
