Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: I was introduced to mail art during the pandemic by my sister (also an IUOMA member). It resonated with me right away and I absolutely enjoy combining art with the post! There is something about writing with a pen, artistically marking an envelope, applying postage of my choice and then dropping it in the mail never to be seen again. I love participating in mail swaps and am always looking for mail art friends to exchange mail with!
