This is very sad news Val.  I was looking forward to some foot loose dancing while I was in Sigean.

Angie, The building is the Petit Palace (small Palace) which is across the street from the Grand Palace (Big Palace, which is actually bigger than the Petit Palace.)  Bored yet?

And you are correct, I normally hang around there looking for giant women with clean feet.  I mus of missed this one.  Then again by the look of the cars, this photo is from around 1960.  That was before Paul McCartney was the leader of the Wings.  Surely bored by now!
