halfa vinyl record rejected

I suppose that the shipment of this 45-rpm vinyl single without an envelope was rejected by the postal service the first time, due to international postal regulations that allow items deemed dangerous to postal workers to be removed from the mail stream. The second try, in an envelope sent through.
