You might be able to save a bit of money by buying a bottle of  wine for say $10 and drinking it with him*. That way you'll save $30 which you can contribute to the Val Herman Fund.

He's a skeletal dynamics doctor, whatever that is. I pay him $40 a visit and we talk about all the lovely South Aussie wines we've been drinking. And then I feel better.
