how to avoid BBQ carcinogens?
When you get invited to a BBQ party, say you may have lost your mind
Marinating meats and wrapping in tinfoil (BULLETPROOFING) can reduce the amount of carcinogens produced when the meat is exposed to high temperatures.
Herbs like Oregano, Basil, Rosemary and Mint can reduce the formation of carcinogens. Also, the antioxidant content in these herbs will help reduce the production of free radicals.
Buy lean, trimmed meats. Less fats = less carcinogens.
RAW IS BEST! Don’t overcook food (less exposure to high temperatures).
Avoid the high flames (flare-ups).

John Zerzan: I know a guy who's addicted to brake fluid. He says he can stop any time.
