Comment by Azzaro on May 14, 2017 at 7:15am: .......my home town in UK ran a 'tulip flower parade' everyear 1959-2013 and it became world famous. I wondered if that photo/postcard was from one of those events. Holland and Belgium also had flower parades, so I imagine this postcard would be from Belgium.
