Why I am involved in Mail-Art:

Kevin Geronimo Brandtner, born in 1989, works as a social worker and has founded a collective for analogue photography "Die Rote Kammer". He lives and works in Vienna, where he explores mail art, actionism, works on paper and various other media. He founded the "Mail Art Archive Vienna" in 2017 and also owns a large collection of old photographs and negatives. Dealing with layers of society, the self and the past are a central component of his artistic work. Exchanges with artists from all over the world are just as central to his life as his interest in subcultures and political activism.
