Why I am involved in Mail-Art:

My output is informed by a mass of conceptual understanding, constantly in a state of rumination.
Drawing influence from the glorious mundane, I am fascinated by interaction both actual and implied. I exploring the intersects and document social-cultural norms, of power and the perceptions of ‘right’.

Taking interaction as a base line, I refine, layer and explode. Constantly playing with states of control and 'right'.

Mail art adds another dimension. The introduction of chance and opportunity for dialogues within a global social space - that is removed from contemporary approach to social space - fascinates me.

My art is play. My art is discussion.
