Why I am involved in Mail-Art:

Domenico Ferrara Foria (born in West Germany in 1974) is a self-taught artist. He has been active for many years in the Mail Art movement, creating Artistamp and Money Art in the "engraved style", blending tradition and innovation through hand-made drawings or computer-generated (vector drawings). He has participated in over one hundred projects, events, and exhibitions in Italy and abroad, primarily related to the Mail Art and Visual Poetry movements.
He has lived for years in Cilento... in Foria, in the province of Salerno (Italy).

  A fabulous numismatic folder (2014) honoring Guglielmo Marconi, designed by Domenico Ferrara Foria for the Italian Philatelic Circle "Guglielmo Marconi" (Sasso Marconi - Bologna), containing an Italian coin issued in 1974.

   

  

  I always enjoy receiving Domenico Ferrara Foria's beautiful mailing. The designs of his artistamps are distinctive, carefully crafted, and produced with great attention to detail. I especially appreciated the Marconi commemorative card issued in collaboration with the philatelic association, a thoughtful and elegant piece and a lovely addition.
