    Hey Judy -

I received your MA with the ATC today - it's great! I really like it - thank you so much! Reply in a bit... (BIG IUOMA backlog! I've no doubt you'll know what I mean quite soon - this is a prolific & very giving group! ^_^) Enjoy, & keep creating such charms!

Your ATC arrived yesterday, and thank you so much! You did a wonderful job, and the envelopes are great, too.

If it's OK with you, I'd like to scan and post the ATC and envelopes in the ATC Rebels group. I think that the others would enjoy seeing them, too!

Bonjour! Thanks for the 'Lmlited Engagement...Ending Soon' card, which is very nice indeed. I didn't see you cycling round France in 1972, 'cos I was cycling round England (well not the whole year). Thanks for your abbreviated CV -- I've been (mainly) a  University Professor (political science), a lobbyist, an environmental consultant, a Professor again (MBA this time around),  and now I'm retired and mess up about with art stuff, and play with my cats and, when she's ever around, my partner; I hope Joey behaves better than Trouble.

I'll be mailing you soething back soon.

    Bestest, Val

    Bonjour Judy & Joey!

Many thanks indeed for the Christmas Arty Slides you sent me: Joy indeed, and to you too. Also, thanks for all the 'goodies' in the envelope. I love goody envelopes, so much fun in them, and it's always exciting to see what goodies people come up with.

I have to get on with my Christmas Arty Slide making very soon, so for now au revoir et merci beaucoup. Val

  • Christine Coppa

    Judy,

I received my Christmas tree lights arty slide today and how did you know I am a big Simpson's fan?  I love them both and will promptly turn the Christmas one into an ornament and hang on my tree! Thank you for the mail art materials as well.  They are already beginning to fuel my imagination.  You envelope was so lovely!  Did you paint it?  It was a happy day at the post box.  Joey is adorable too.  Is he a Golden Retriever?  My dearest Clifford the small red Dachshund is among the best of friends.  Dogs are wonderful companions.  I will make you some mail art soon.  Thank you again!

  • Amy Irwen

Hi Judy...glad the Pkg got there...I think the OK had a mini-breakdown! Was the envelope hand cancelled or ran thru the machine?
I am glad the papers will work for you...happy holidays to you and Joey *!*
  • Katerina Nikoltsou (MomKat)

Thank you , Judy, for the Christmas arty slides! I posted them at our arty slide group. Also, many thanks for the other goodies  you sent, I shall be happily using them in mail art!

I received your Labrador Mountain mail-art piece yesterday! Lovely!  Labrador is where I first learned to ski - didn't make too far off the bunny trail...

I miss skiing - but not the snow.

    Thanks! -Jim.

Thanks for the friends' invite, I was trying to look some mailart call and if you like I'll send some mailart to you. It has been on and off nowadays I focus on ATCs and with postcrossing some people don't like handmade postcards. Like you I love to make and share art.

  • chimerastone

    Hi Judy

Thanks from envelope filled with wonderful goodies, I never got round to do art journal the nearest thing are mini or alter books. I like to make and swap ATCS they are current on my flickr photostream or on my other blog. I will send something nice to you in addition to an ATC. I use washi tape too mainly to reinforce the edges after discovering postal sorting machine chewed up my envelope. All the best from Chimerastone

    Judy,

Thank you for the gorgeous tag!  It captures the feeling for me of looking out of a streaked window pane on an April day at all the new blooms.  So pretty!  Just how do you achieve that washed look?  I will have to play around with some paint.  Your envelopes are such a treat too.  I loved the red flowers.  I promise to send something soon!

  • Susan McAllister

Thanks for the poppy tag and the envelope of goodies. Hope you and Joey are well.
  • Tiffany Singleton

    Hi Judy!

Thank you for your message! I'd love to receive something from you! I'm new to the "mail art" community. Okay, don't laugh, but I'm not sure about etiquette. Do I wait to receive your item first, or do I send you something now? Ha ha ha

  • Tiffany Singleton
