I just got your "Love Past" tag- thank you!  The Carol Stream Post Office lovingly enclosed it in a windowed envelope, but I would know that crazy handwriting anywhere.  I dig the vintage-y ribbon and the sweet, longing eyes.  Did you notice that the old text says "This is the first part of the rectum"?  It seems to be describing the lower G.I. or back.  Hilarious and best valentine Ever.

Good to know my mail art arrived there. :)

Je passe en toute sécurité à travers la forêt de la nuit, mon cœur torturé est protégé contre les tigres et les fleurs du mal qui fleurissent là-bas.

L'aube est une rose et une lumière dorée. J'arrive au lieu de pierres. La douleur de la soif est plus grande que la douleur que je porte dans mon cœur pour la belle dame.

Je vois l'apparition. Je n'ai pas peur. Elle me dit: «Ne regardez pas vos pieds Ne pas regarder dans le ciel Regarde-moi..."

You have made my day today!  IOU something real soon!  Funny thing.... the original card I had mailed you, last month, just came back to me.  The second card I sent you apparently got through to you, but the first one came back to me, stamped no such address with a bright red finger.  They obviously do not read Asemic or maybe it was my bad handwriting.  Love your card though and wanted to say thanks.  Oh yeah, the P.S. was very funny!  All the best and more...........It's posted on my blog now.
