    Tomoe

  • Kim JungYoun

    Tomoe

  • Kim JungYoun

    Hello from Italy
    Lulù
  • Maria Fedorchuk

    hello, Tomoe!

im more like into classics at the moment - Utagawa Hiroshige, Katsushika Hokusai - this flow =) i seem to never get enough of watching these prints. so if you have a chance and get a postcard with any classic print - you know who s dreaming about it =)

yes, teenagers are crasy about anime - but it speaks to school girls mostly i think. i used to watch Sailor Moon a lot in my school days. I like Interstella 5555 movie - Daft Punk album animated by Kazuhisa Takenôchi. I opened good old time animation for myself like Tonari no Totoro =) which i just loved! and i had a great impact from watching Hadashi no Gen when i was about 5 or 6 years old - it was shock for me frankly (not surprising for that age i guess).

it is cool you re attending a course! i hope you ll get your bunch of fresh ideas and techniques there! schooling is always something new and refreshing for a creative person.

{The Thai words... it's more of a hobby really ^^ I like to learn new languages. It just says "Hello ☺ How are you?" haha
  • Diana Marshall

    Your work is very lovely!
  • ainssomeone

Oh nice :) Yes, it's tricky for me, a westerner to learn it >< hah
it will take awhile for me
Spanish is fun to learn :P good for you
  • ainssomeone

    hm. that's interesting :) i see
Oh, I'm learning French in school, and yes. the feminine and masculine can be tricky :P lots of rules...
then again, I hear English is so hard to learn for most people, so good job to you! and everyone else who has learned English ^^ haha
  • karen c

    Hi Tomoe
Thank you for friending me - it's nice to meet you!

    :-D
  • ainssomeone

For me, I do Postcrossing for the international concept, and the IUOMA to share the art (but of course the two mix in both) So the difference is only the way it is organized. Most of my mail really is from direct swaps and pen pals that I have made through Postcrossing
  • Carla Cryptic

  • ainssomeone

I see what you mean :) Yes, they are different groups I guess... the thing for me is that Postcrossing has more users my age so I could find some friends ^^
I am so glad to have discovered IUOMA because it includes the international and the art! Great! I would love to correspond with you also sometime ☺
  • Gianni Simone

Hello Tomoe, thanks for your friendship. You know what, yesterday and today I was with Jennie-sensei from SF: She's in Tokyo for the Art Book Fair.
  • Gianni Simone

I knew that you knew Jennie because in your page you wrote: "I found this site from redletterdayzine who was my teacher." ;-)
Let me know if and when you are coming to Tokyo!
