Comics in mailart

unfortunately I did not take pictures of the comic-art I sent yet. But here is a card from Willemien with comic-elements - also on the stamps. :)

she told me Eric de Noorman is a comic strip from the netherlands.

It would be nice to have a Funnies Section in Mail Art News

that would be cool! so: if there is anybody who would like to create some comics / panels for us...here are some people who would be more than happy about it. :)

until now I did some collages with elements of comics (but I have no photos). let's see what we'll find here in the future.. :)

Now, what's funny about mail art?

While looking for mail art comics, found very few examples. Almost none, but that is to be expected. Here's one from an artist named Dexter Cockburn.

the german post office offers marvel stamps at the moment. They make a whole series "Superhelden" (super heroes). Spiderman ist sold out. But I have Black Panther at the moment and am waiting for the other ones (in september: Iron Man, in november: captain marvel). I'm not a big marvel fan but as it's not always easy to find nice stamps they have at least the comic theme :)
