This is a beautiful watercolour sent to me by Heide Monster. I am so lucky!

In my latest batch of mail art: a translucent envelope from Katerina Nikoltsou. She created two cards for me on August 22nd. It has always taken awhile for mail to get to the western U.S. from Greece, but at least we can still trade mail art.

One of the cards featured one of my blue cat stickers, so I posted it in the Cat Mail Art group.

The second card celebrates the fresh fruits of summer and I love peaches! I've had fruit pizzas but haven't tried peach pasta yet. I'll put it on my list to try next summer. Enjoy!

Now let's see if my "Autumn leaf" will arrive in California before Christmas??? maybe :-)

Not enough snow for a snowman so I made a...

I picked up my mail yesterday, and there was an envelope containing Nocember* greetings from Mail Art Martha! Inside were a letter, a mini-zine called Royal Pranks, issue number 20 of The Foldi, and Winter Solstice greetings. My post office is in Oakland's Chinatown, so Lunar Year of the Tiger is a big deal around here. Thank you, Martha!

Yesterday, on January 12, I picked up my mail at my post office and found this lovely seasonal greeting from MomKat.

Our mail has been slow lately, too --- this "Fall to Winter 2022" card was hand stamped on November 14th! I'm glad that it arrived safely. Thank you, Katerina!

Something happened to my November mailings...the Greek post may have put them on a slow boat NOT going through the Panama Canal ! Wow!2 months! At least my "New Year 2023" mail art has a whole 12 months to arrive "on time", hahaha!

A bit belated, but it seems my Holiday mail art is finally arriving in the USA? When will the New Year 2023 Greek Vasilopita and bunny rabbits arrive?

well, the "Year 2023" is 12 months long, so that mail art will arrive "on time". How sad that snail mail has become so sloooow :-(

(and yet so expensive!) sigh.
