I have a bottle jack press I made and a line -o- scribe press that I use some times. but most of my work I use a furniture slider as a barren and hand rub. What have you got and how do you get it done?

merdoc,
great photo, yr hand-made jack press is wonderful, what is a furniture slider and how is it used?
i have the use[friend has shop]of old30s-40s standard proofing press made in kalamazoo michigan.
it is small, bed is maybe 1ft wide by 4ft long. there is both metal&wood type with 2-3 drawers
of small dingbats. i have also printed with wood and lino-block. i am definitely not a "printer"
but enjoy the ink on paper process, happy printing! cb.
