Thanks Mim!  It's a challenge to not keep adding stuff.  This is a lesson, for me anyway, in the less is more theory.

Interesting what you are saying, Pam! I recognize it -combined with a fear that what I make will be considered as too "simple", too "easy"

Willemien, yes, I wouldn't send these to someone who sent me a 'more involved' piece of art.  It's very possible I'm overthinking it, but I just wouldn't feel comfortable.
