From Canada? Unknown maybe Olivia

I received a mail art I believe from Canada because of the postage mark and stamp, but there is no name and address.

Does anyone know who’s is it? Please tell me if you know. Thank you. I don’t know the address so I can’t return. I think it says Olivia at the bottom?
