I will console myself with a piece of that cake please Kate. We have just had an extreem storm with torrential rain and tree ripping winds, but it doesn't feel any cooler. Liz and me watched the football together last night, in truth the Dutch, a very small nation in a very small country should be immensely proud of their achievement.
OK now can we get back to roasted leg of lamb, Number 9, and the CDs which will be on their way to you soon now.
Am I right in thinking that Jan the man is staying with you until September? I'll send his CDs to you then.

Ah well, we had a nice evening, a house full of Dutch people on this corner of Iceland, watching the game together. Afterwards they were all glad to be on Iceland ;-)

Awwwww, sorry...but at least Holland is 2nd and Germany is 3rd place...if it were the Olympics you still would be "winners"!The octopus in Germany told us the winner ;-) We in Greece, cheered on our Mediterranean friends: Spain. Even Queen Sophia was there (she is Greek ya know, sister of Constantine, Greece's FORMER king)

I would like bite too........ I had some German's in the house yesterday, watching the game off course... úff what football does to people... now there Iceland holiday is ruined... I hope not!
