Carmen Kenndy sends Love. This arrived awhile back, but I forgot to post about it.

I believe this may be Rebekka Schmidt - the card just says Rebekka. Part of a project to spread happiness to all the world. The card was supposed to be able to be registered at a website but the page didn't seem to exist when i tried to go to it.
