Subsequent to the mail art presentation in April, I will be co-teaching a workshop on "How to teach Mail Art" to high school art teachers in mid-June. (How about that?!)
If you are willing, it would be GREAT to have mail art packets to give these teachers to really give them an idea of how fun mail art is.
Please send Mail Art Workshop items to

Also, what are your thoughts about teaching MAIL ART? Beyond Dada and FLUXUS history (and how to address an envelope), what activities or information are important to include?
We're only able to do offer this workshop because the earlier class was such a success. And it is was a great success BECAUSE I was able to share unopened MAIL ART with the students!
As before, I will send return mail and a full report of the experience to each mail artist who submits assistance.
Thanks ever so much (in advance)!

Thank you, Carmela! All four envelopes arrived safe and sound! A great addition to the presentation, which is scheduled for July 25.
Sent 4 decorated envelopes with ATC enclosures. Should be arriving soon.
The Mail Art Workshop for Teachers has been set for July 28, so plenty of time for the mail! Thank you!
In France there are (unfortunately less and less) classes of young children who exchange with other classes in France or with other countries. They also make calls to projects, which anyone can answer (including adults).
For young children the practice of the postal art is an activity that fits well in the school learning: geography, history, spelling, plastic arts etc.. And they also have a lot of fun and connect with people from all over the world. It seems to me that this applies to high school students.
I’ll write to you!

This class has been moved to august? So we have more time to send items?
Oh thank you, William, for mentioning Jennie Hinchcliff’s Senders Receive podcast. I’d forgotten about that and don’t remember much about it, but devoured it (only about a dozen episodes) when I was first trying to return to the mail art scene after a 20 year absence.
Coco, I’m on my trip now. I did get two pieces off to you for the class. I hope they arrive. Let me know when you get a firm date for the class. If I can and there is time, I’ll try to send more. Cheers!
Yes, and yes... Either, or. And Yes!! :)
Would be great to have envelopes for someone learning about mail art in order to teach it to their class. Opening mail art is the best!!

Similar questions from me, Coco -- envelopes with mail art inside as part of them, like before (and addressed to?), or do you need something more instructional for teachers? Not sure what you're looking for, but I'm happy to participate if possible.
