The guy says "The important thing is courage. You've gotta be willing to risk it all. Take that leap of faith and don't look down! Just keep your overhead low and your dedication high and you'll find the rewards far outweigh the sacrifices! Freedom and fulfillment beat slaving away for a well-paying, miserable job any day of the week!" Quite the long speech in a cartoon. He's trying to impress a girl.
