The secret seems to be that any "odd" shaped card, if it has enough postage 

and NO return address, must be delivered to the address. Of course, you don't

ask a postal clerk, just put it in a post box and see if it arrives.

I'm still worried they will refuse what I'm sending so I just put a stamp on it and don't as questions.
