...Alan Brignull! Thank you for the chuckle!

Can you all see just how small this letter and envelope is!... and your writing is so neat!

Its been so long since I used a pay phone, I've had a mobile for 20yrs - I can't honestly remember. A friend had to use one last wk and said min call cost 60p. I love my 15 1/2p stamps too, how old are they? Thanks Alan.

The stamps are from 1982 — halfpenny denominations are still valid as long as you use them in pairs. 60p? That's 12 shillings for a phone call? You do make me feel old.
