Organises with the EMBASSY of Albania in The Hague (The Netherlands) and in collaberation with QUARTAIR the oldest and best art collectif of The Hague.

Everyone worldwide can participate in this Project artist or not, famous or unknown, green yellow or still blue, wet behind your ears or or just fullgrown, in the mood or in a bad temper, mathematician or innocent citizen, well-spoken or not,

The only condition is that you send a selfmade postcard(s) with post to :
