Mail Art 10 ---I am CAUGHT UP and officially RETIRED from mail art!

So, I did it. I am finally caught up on everyone on IUOMA that I owe mail to. (Please do NOT send me any. I am NOT accepting anything else.) The friends I felt I needed to send something to are also all taken care of. So I am calling it--FINALLY! I am re-retired!

Does this mean I am stopping? (Read the blog and find out---and see the last batch o' my mail art before I hung up my glue stick.  CAUTION!!!  Do NOT look---if you want to be surprised--if your name is Maxima Strange, Amy Kiessling, Jorg Mamat, or Carien van Hest. The link is HERE!)

I'll be lurking in the background for now (and I owe Ficus Strangulensis a nice, long email. It will have to wait a few more days though...).

PATRICIA: THANK YOU! Even in retirment, Venusians may still attack your mailbox (Such pesky aliens!) Be on constant guard!

MAXIMA: It has been an honor and a privilege to work on your project--the first and only one I've ever done. I hope what I did works for you. (I also hope they were the proper size. EEK! I forgot to measure them all. But they should be...) But you are NOT done with me yet...

CARIEN: Hmm. Maybe you should look--so you are not too disappointed. What I came up with for you is kind of a low-brow mess. Sorry... But thank you so much for the mammoth art card! Zowie!

PAM: Yes, we'll chat. I'll tell you all about it. (Although I'll probably have nothing to tell... Waaaagh!) It's also been featured on one of those ghost hunting shows. Sat here with my tea and read your blog.  Loved it!  I'm going to miss seeing your envelopes.  You make the best envelopes ever!  I also love what you did for Maxima's project.

I want to hear all about your visit this fall to the Manresa castle hotel, if you're so inclined to share.  Photos would be nice, but I won't push my luck.  hahahahahaha...
