IUOMA postage stamp from Heleen

Heleen de Vaan is using the formal IUOMA postage stamps issued by the Dutch Postal office for her envelope she sent to me. Looks quite lovely. Inside another rubberstamp sheet for the archive.... Thanks Heleen!
