Monday Mail Art brought greetings from TicTac for my big 7 OH  on 7 FEB birthday...

it came today, Feb.18, on TicTac's birthday!! Fun! "Best Wishes" to you, too, TicTac!

It's raining sweets, she says...birthdays are fun and this is a geat FluXus card!
