Here it is ok to send mails with recycled envelopes and I also make envelopes with, old maps, phamplet, old magazine, wrapping papers etc, and send mail with them. Post office people don’t say anything. 

I thought I just use it as it is as envelope to send someone, or keep myself as your gift.

That is a recycled magazine page envelope that you can glue  or tape and use, resuse :-) I made many, many from some old magazines I could not just throw away, but the Greek Post does not like it when i use them. I will sneak a few maybe to Europe but I fear that across the Big Pond and beyond they may never reach their destinations, so they are now being stuffed inside! ha!
