No urban-exploration this Greek Easter weekend, but instead I was out at the seaside shack ( for roasting the lamb-on-the-spit naturally:-) Anyway, I did do some beach-combing-investigations. Whala!

(I guess the Greek weekender fishermen do through their cans overboard?

Or the kids play: "Let's crush the 7up can from the top" ???) Now...how to send and to whom?

Oh, yes, Erni...that can is a beauty...and it does look floral as "petals" emerge around the center...a vertical crushed can...amazing! And the rust is beautiful...definitely for Nancy, she is in love with RUSTic things! I am still looking as I take walks around the park and neighborhood...either no one tosses cans, or the "recyclers" are there immediately to snatch it! Still will continue my urban exploration...

Andy says: "Keep lookin' Kate, Dharmadada Practices Urban Exploration!"

Yippee! Yes, how could that vertical crush happen? It's unimaginable. The iron plate does look beautiful.

Oo-la-la, rust AND a crumpled can that looks like a flower from both bottom and top--wow. That's an exceptional beauty, and I admit to coveting it muchly. My hand is up / it is waving / there are tears in my eyes / ... !

Ok, gotcha, thanks Erni. I didn't think of you as old-fashioned, though, with your cutting-edge m.a.

Hmm, sorry you disliked the blogjams, Erni. They seem better than the work not being seen at all, and if mail art backs up again, for whatever reason, I'll probably resort to them again. There was no way to blog much with two quite devastating deaths within a month and my heavy involvement in both their aftermaths, but like I say, for whatever reason.  I was able to do about five individual blogs in all that time, and one was of your terrific m.a.--you don't fit well in a blogjam, even though you were included a little bit in one, because the wondrous assortments you send really must have more than one or two scans/photos! :--}

A dandy andy treasure Kat/Erni. Haven't seen this pic of Andy painting the car.  He did have a  fascination with horrific automobile crashes.  He was such a tidy painter, not a splatter of paint on him. Wonderful package erni, and thanks for the heads up, 'Songs for Drella, homework for later.  And thanks for posting this little marvel Kat.
