Dear friends, help us find the recipients of the mail. I received a sheet “Add&Pass”, completed it, and sent it to Natalia_&_Mark in Bogota, Colombia. Twenty days laters, the letter returned to me. Maybe the Columbia post doesn't accept mails? Maybe Natalia_&_Mark 's address has changed. Do you know anything about these people? See the address in the photo.

That's right, Sabrina, the letter weighs less than 20 grams. Thank you for your answer. I wrote a letter to the Embassy of Colombia in Russia, waiting for clarification from them.

Sad that there is no label that says why it could not get delievered... The post system in Columbia seems to work. I read that all letters with a weight of up to 500 g and a maximum thickness of 2 cm get delievered, bigger ones will be send back. Your letter doesn't look that big...
