Dear friends, help us find........

Dear friends, help us find the recipients of the mail. I received a sheet “Add&Pass”, completed it, and sent it to Natalia_&_Mark in Bogota, Colombia. Twenty days laters, the letter returned to me. Maybe the Columbia post doesn't accept mails? Maybe Natalia_&_Mark 's address has changed. Do you know anything about these people? See the address in the photo.

Comment by Sabrina S on July 30, 2020 at 8:57pm: Sad that there is no label that says why it could not get delievered... The post system in Columbia seems to work. I read that all letters with a weight of up to 500 g and a maximum thickness of 2 cm get delievered, bigger ones will be send back. Your letter doesn't look that big...
